Program Manager, Healthcare Experience

PROVIDENCE HEALTH PLAN IS CALLING A PROGRAM MANAGER, HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE WHO WILL:

• Provide program management services in support of the Equity Office focusing on Health Experience and Health Equity for Providence Health Plan
• Play a key role in the facilitation and successful delivery of complex projects throughout the organization
• Be responsible for managing all aspects of projects and programs with direct accountability to the Vice President of Healthcare Experience
• Ensure all projects are planned and executed in a manner that supports the Providence Mission, organizational standards, and aligns with the strategic plan

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

• 2+ years of project management or other relevant experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and a minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years of healthcare experience
• Experience leading complex projects
• Required Experience facilitating complex decisions among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities
• Formal training in Program Management
• Process Improvement and Change Management training and experience
• Experience in design or graphics-related studies
• Experience developing and implementing benchmarks and metrics in support of improved quality and process design
