As a member of JTF Sierra, you will be part of SNC’s innovation cell, tasked with driving cutting-edge solutions to complex problems. In this role, you will be responsible for all programmatic aspects of your assigned projects, with a specific focus on customer relationship, cost, schedule, and technical planning, tracking, and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring overall program performance objectives are achieved and will participate in business resource planning and tracking in coordination with other corporate entities.
As a Program Manager II, you will also be responsible for formulating a team that can fulfill program requirements, identifying, tracking, and resolving program issues and problems, and managing program risk. You will conduct routine meetings, interface on project/program status, develop proposals, research/fact-find, coordinate audits, and negotiate with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints.
You will support the program director and Business Operations in fulfilling their responsibilities and play a crucial role in driving innovation and success at SNC through JTF Sierra.
