Job description
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Track record of successfully managed complex programs across diverse stakeholders, industries, and geographies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a focus on driving efficiency and scalability.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire senior people with clients and consultants at all levels.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a strong customer service ethic and quality mindset.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable team player; passionate about working in an international and culturally diverse context and team.
- Physical location in Germany.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; International Business Administration, HR, Market Research, or IT preferred.
- Additional formal education (e.g. Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences) a real advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with SPSS/SAS and Project Management certification such as PRINCE 2 or PMI/PMP a real plus.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Further languages a plus, ideally Spanish

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading multiple large sized, complex programs, including employee survey implementations and advisory services.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality program outcomes, meeting or exceeding client expectations and industry standards.
- Establish robust governance frameworks to monitor and control project performance, risk, and compliance.
- Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and invoicing. Oversee project resources, including timelines and allocations, to optimize utilization and maximize ROI.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned and best practices to enhance program delivery excellence.
- Implement standardized processes, tools, and metrics to enable consistent program management practices.
- Responsible for coordinating and collaborating with client and Korn Ferry team members and other stakeholders; sharing issues, mitigating risks, communicating regularly and leading meetings.
- Mentor and develop project management professionals, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and collaboration.
- Promote knowledge sharing and skill enhancement activities to elevate the capabilities of the project management community.
