This role provides a unique opportunity to spearhead large-scale, multi-project programs, significantly expanding your program management portfolio!
The opportunity
Our Program Managers own the planning, execution, and success of intricate cloud (Azure) programs. You’ll set the vision, manage resources, risks and ensure everything runs smoothly – deadlines, budgets, and utilisation. This also means getting your hands dirty and tackling critical project components yourself, keeping you at the forefront of the action.
We’re looking for a client champion. You’ll build strong relationships with clients at all levels, acting as their trusted advisor. You’ll lead workshops, manage governance, commercials, forecasting and ensure clear communication – all to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
You’ll also strive to lead with impact! Your leadership will directly influence the success of strategic programs, shaping the future of our clients’ businesses and our internal practices. You’ll collaborate with, coach and influence a passionate team of cloud experts in a supportive and inclusive environment. Your decisions will evolve others, and you’ll guide your team to drive exceptional results everyday.
In terms of the methodologies, you’ll leverage appropriate Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps or Hybrid methods based on program or project needs. And, from a technical perspective, an ability to understand cloud services environments, processes and translate the fundamentals into business needs is pivotal (Oh and experience delivering Azure infrastructure, data modernization, security, migrations in an engineering landscape is super advantageous)
