PROGRAM MANAGER - GIPPSLAND HEALTH ALLIANCE

• $120k to $141K
• Full-time, 80 hours a fortnight, five weeks leave, 1xADO per month.

  Based in Gippsland, Gippsland Health Alliance are looking for a Program Manager for a full-time, fixed period (3 years).

  We seek a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work on exciting programs that deliver improved health outcomes to the Gippsland region.
  As a Program Manager, you will lead and manage multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring they align with the organisation’s strategic objectives. You will be accountable for the program’s overall success, including planning, governance, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the program is delivered via the Project Management Framework, ensuring strong governance and the highest quality.

  Gippsland Health Alliance (GHA) provides shared services and ICT-enabled project delivery to eleven Health Services across Gippsland.
  The Program Manager—GHA will manage, oversee, and report on the strategic and tactical outcomes of healthcare technology and infrastructure projects set by GHA and its member agencies. The Program Manager will also ensure effective governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and project benefit realisation.
