Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to join our Global Power Electronics team. Reporting to the Vice President Global Power Electronics, the Program Manager will be responsible for successfully delivering strategic New Product launches. Through the leadership of cross-functional teams, the Program Manager will execute programs through the Phase-Gate process with an emphasis on meeting customer requirements and specifications, hitting program financial targets, and achieving time to market goals.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or similar Technical field or an MBA with equivalent experience.
- Three (3) years experience in project management, product development, or similar multi-functional leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to enable interaction with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and customers.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both with teams and independently.
