Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

As a Marketing Technology Program Manager – Pega Decisioning in the Marketing Technology team at Verizon Business Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in development and implementation of our Next Best Experience (NBX) strategy across all VBG customer touchpoints. The role will utilize advanced analytics, customer insights and adaptive modeling to enhance customer experience, retention and drive revenue growth. The role will also drive the blueprint of scaling and democratizing Pega CDH Technology across all VBG platforms and systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Overseeing the technical design and implementation of decisioning solutions for Sales, Marketing, CX and EX domains using the Pega CDH platform.
  • Managing Next Best Action, Offers and Experience strategies and decisioning rules for Sales, Service & CX teams.
  • Driving guided selling, saving, product upsell/cross sell motions and CX improvements across Verizon Business platforms (SFDC, B360, Digital & ACSS).
  • Establishing best practices and frameworks to ensure Industry best enablement of Pega Technology within B2B Telco environments.
  • Leading strategic direction partnering with GTS to ensure scalability and evolution of Pega platform for all VBG segments.
  • Leading implementation and mass adoption of Pega native tools specifically NBA Designer, Scenario Planner and Adaptive Modeling to enable business agility and personalization at scale.
  • Overseeing the platform component of Pega decisioning projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with other teams to gather technical requirements and ensure the Pega solutions are implemented using best practices and adherence to standards.
  • Developing effective processes for continuous decisioning optimization through experimentation and simulation using Pega native tools as well as external data analysis methods.
  • Collaborating with a high-performing team of Data Scientists, Pega Architects, and System/Business Analysts.
  • Designing Pega solutions to utilize the best AI/ML approaches, data infrastructure and decisioning strategies to achieve business objectives in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Providing thought leadership and expertise in Pega and AI/ML-related discussions and decision-making processes.
