Pay Range: $63 - $65/hr.

Job Description:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities between client security engineers and customers and partners that engage directly in providing product feedback.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in cooperation with wider team to coordinate and run calls and events between security engineering teams and customers and partners.
  • Run processes with high quality such as developing post event/call reports and posting documentation/videos to appropriate repositories.
  • Work with wider team to innovate our processes and procedures to constantly improve our capacity and quality of deliverables.
  • Insure key internal and external customers have a great experience.Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Knowledge of automation and/or Azure Dev Ops preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.Education/Experience:
  • Experience with Product or Program Management required
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • 2-4 years’ experience required.
  • Experience working in technology sector
