Description:
Nextant is looking for a driven Program Manager Non-Tech 2 to join our client team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of program management experience,
- Azure DevOps | 2-4+ Years of Experience
- PowerPlatform | 2-4+ Years of Experience
- Change Management | 2+ Years of Experience
- Self-driven, customer focused Program Manager with proven history of demonstrated technical skills and leadership and scoping work with the future goals to scale appropriately in mind
- Thought leader that is willing to challenge current methods, and innovate new experiences for consumers
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity, while striving for clarity with the personal desire and initiative to drive proactive business impacting change and clarity.
- Customer and Partner Focus: proven experience driving business impact based on a deep understanding of customer and business partner needs
- Technical understanding and working experience with projects related to Microsoft 365 and/or Office 365
- Collaboration: exceptional collaborator on complex multi-faceted programs across multiple groups with varying priorities
- Strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complex process scenarios
- Ability to identify, manage and drive cross team deliverables to support complex, multiple scenarios and initiatives
- Have ability to execute tasks, consistently and on time
- Knowledge of Microsoft Forms, Dynamics 365, Azure Dev Ops
- Knowledge of automation using Microsoft Flow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to all levels, including executive.
- Demonstrated track record of improving communications processes
- Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft’s products/services/applications preferred.
- Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Write, draft, and release weekly organization-wide communications via different newsletters
- Provide daily support for managing delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones and resources.
- Develop, maintain, and manage communication project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges.
- Manage several concurrent features and user stories
- Support business owners to drive multiple projects.
- Work directly with business to drive a program from ideation through delivery.
- Engage with leadership, as necessary, to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.
- Manage a Knowledge Base
