ABOUT THE FIRM:

A diverse program that is welcoming and inclusive. The charity was founded in 2000 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Toronto, a community of women who, through their compassionate presence, respond to various needs. The Ministries continue their mission of reflecting the love of God and neighbour.

EDUCATION:

• Degree or diploma in non-profit social service sector or related field of study.
• First Aid/Level C CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain) an asset.
• De-escalation training or CPI Training is an asset.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a non-profit
• or community service organization.

• Acting in accordance with The Ministries, mission, vision, values, and policies in all dealings.
• Program Planning and Development
• Develop and implement staff operational program work plans according to goals, objectives, and performance standards.
• Participate in the development of quality assurance measures and processes to continually improve
• program delivery and outcomes.
• Ensure that all programs adhere to relevant and mandatory regulations and best practices.
• Provide recommendations on future service delivery needs arising from emerging trends and
• priorities to meet current participant needs.
