Program Manager Startup Accelerator Programs (f/m/d)

YOUR MISSION

The Start2 Group is searching for a Program Manager to execute startup accelerator programs in Europe. This position requires an understanding of entrepreneurship, relevant project and program management experience, and strong communication skills.

WHERE WE NEED YOUR SKILLS AND SUPPORT:

• Manage the planning, development, and execution of one or more startup accelerator programs in Europe with topics including scaling, internationalization, and fundraising
• Cultivate and develop relationships with mentors, investors, and partners (including government leaders) across national and international ecosystems
• Design dynamic, relevant program workshops and speaker sessions that address the core needs of startups
• Translate market knowledge, technological trends, and global best practices into learning experiences that startup founders find valuable
• Scout and engage with European startups and partners that are a fit for relevant programs
• Work collaboratively within the program team to ensure the smooth execution of the program, including pre-participation, participation, and graduation activities
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with startups to understand their challenges and take notes of startups’ meetings with mentors/partners/companies
• Synthesize the learnings of startups from the program, consolidate mentor feedback, and prepare reports for participants
• Leverage and utilize modern technology to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
• Prepare program briefs for the startups and support startups with their onboarding and participation during the program
• Support startups in the understanding of the markets in their respective vertical through industry research and outreach
• Support program teams on event management and coordination as needed
• Help in managing databases and tracking program metrics to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
