QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must have an Active TS/SCI and local to Washington DC Metro Area
  • Travel up to 25%
  • Experienced in proofing, editing, and disseminating intelligence finished products using IC production systems highly desired, must possess proven abilities to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines including the ability to respond quickly to changes in work priorities.
  • Experienced reviewing finished intelligence and working cordially with analysts and managers.
  • Must possess documented experience working with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe publishing software (i.e., InDesign).
  • Experienced in providing relevant technical area lead and program management support
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies and DevSecOps
  • Ability to lead team on projects of various layers of complexity; creates solutions involving or affecting financial, scheduling, methodology, tools; prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, processes, procedures, and production methods.
  • Ability to create and maintain a detailed work plan to include specific tasks, assignments, task dependencies, milestones, and schedule for all tasks.
  • Ability to track that production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively. Coordinate resolution of production-related problems.

Preferred:

  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills with experience (and/or skills) in production and dissemination of finished intelligence products and/or intelligence and information sharing policy documents.
  • Ability to think critically and analytically, as well as broadly and strategically.

Responsibilities:

Deloitte is looking for a Program Manager/Technical Lead for an Application Development Project that falls within the support of the Mission Solutions Division and Chief Data Officer at the Client’s Intel and Analysis group. This individual will be responsible for the successful technical delivery and management of a team of technical resources.
