Description:
SUMMARY
Act as the main liaison between customers and the Company to manage customer relationship. To achieve sales objective of business and to ensure growth and profitability. Be ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction and business performance for Asia.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in the related field preferably in Contract manufacturing is required.
- Good track record in customer service / program management / account management / project management in Manufacturing industry.
- Autonomy and decision making abilities (in a collaborative approach with Plant Manager and other Leadership team members.)
- Good knowledge of cost and pricing analysis (pre-requisite to understanding pricing in a competitive environment)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the focal point for customer information and quotation for semiconductor product
- Review quote requests in detail and ensure all quotes are provided within the set Lead time and are competitive
- Represents customer’s interest to drive support activities within the Company.
- To expand existing customer business to Singapore branch
- Liaise with Suppliers during quotation stage
- Co-ordinate with Design Engineers and support team on smooth transition from quotation stage to NPI stage.
- Knowledge of machining, manufacturing of parts from Various commodities, supply-chain and operations functions is peferred
- Drives suppliers for cost reduction along with SCM team
- Ability to influence and successfully lead in a fast-paced, matrix-reporting, multicultural environment.
- An effective communicator with customers, suppliers, executives, peers, and subordinates.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Well versed in all MS Office applications.
- Drive closure of any customer technical issues with design engineers
