Responsibilities:
- Program management, ensuring the execution and achievement of critical milestones, deadlines, and deliverables by removing roadblocks and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and oversee the regional customer value reference stories program across. This includes the identification, nomination, qualification, preparation, interviewing, story development, and publication of customer value reference stories.
- Manage customer reference metrics/goals/benchmarks and track/report progress against them.
- Partner and lead with influence with senior-level stakeholders across Industry and Customer Advisory, Industry CMSO, local and regional marketing teams.
- Incubate and execute projects aimed at increasing content quality, increase consumption, and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide leadership and liaison across all cross-functional teams and align key stakeholders in executive teams to project manage and deliver critical strategic initiatives aimed at transforming SAP CR&A process and tools.
- Manage interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders across SAP. Maintain proactive communication with senior-level stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and progress while managing change requests at pace
