Description:

OUR CLIENT IS A GLOBAL MNC COMPANY IN THE AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR. DUE TO THEIR CURRENT EXPANSION PLAN, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A PROGRAM & PROJECT MANAGER TO JOIN THEIR PROJECT TEAM, IN HOPES OF DEVELOPING THE CURRENT HIGH PERFORMING TEAM. THEY ARE LOCATED IN WEST – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide teammates to achieve targets
  • Assume responsibility for addressing clients and project-related problems, collaborating with teammates to resolve
  • Facilitate collaboration with other stakeholders, both locally and internationally, when necessary.
  • Offer suggestions to mitigate issues as needed.
  • Create and utilize schedules for project duties, ensuring deadlines will be met across different projects.
  • Prepare necessary documents and ensure timely communication of project status to all parties
  • Demonstrate flexibility in meeting timelines, be adaptive to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Engage in multiple oversea trips for project initiation
  • Support quotation procedures by providing achievable details, workforce forecasting and development schedules.
  • All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Automotive industry
