Description:

  • Open to Australian Aboriginal Peoples and UniSA employees only
  • Full-time (1.0 FTE), fixed term contract until 30 June 2026, based in UniSA Creative across City West and Magill campuses
  • Salary: HEO 8 $108.351 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A successful track record of managing teams and resources in a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver quality services and continuous improvement against strategic objectives
  • Experience in building high performing and resilient teams supported by constructive supervision and performance development and role modelling a culture of service excellence
  • Successful achievement in leading, motivating and managing effective partnerships with diverse internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes and maintaining highly engaged and productive relationships
  • Demonstrated success in communicating effectively with the ability to influence a wide range of constituencies, role modelling high self-awareness, systems thinking and adaptive leadership skills
  • Ability to analyse and navigate complex funding arrangements, demonstrate commercial and fiscal acumen, support business case development and monitor compliance with policies and procedures governing business support services

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure the effective delivery of operational services and administrative support for UniSA Creative’s programs and research activities, including co-ordinating teaching and learning, research and technical support, resource allocation, marketing and alumni relations and engagement.
As the key professional staff member supporting a portfolio of programs and disciplinary activity, you will work closely with the relevant Dean of Programs to ensure the effective delivery of the program portfolio and the associated teaching and learning activities. You will also provide leadership across compliance, accreditation, governance and risk management and work, health and safety.
