Summary: The role of this position is to provide administrative and student support. Work requires significant interaction with prospective, current, and admitted students as well as maintaining records, and communicating with various offices and others outside the College on a daily basis to exchange information. Performs a wide variety of administrative or clerical tasks to assist the leaders of these programs. Assists the Office of Admission with scheduling campus visits. Review of applications for this full-time position will begin immediately and continue until position is filled.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Five or more years of related office experience
  • Excellent skills in customer service, written and verbal communication, problem solving, organization, and interpersonal relations
  • Knowledge and efficient use of Microsoft Office programs is required
  • Ability to access, compile, check, record information, and to prepare correspondence and reports
  • Work collaboratively with all departments within the college
  • Work requires tact, discretion, confidentiality, and professional demeanor
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
