Position Summary
This position reports to the Supervisor of Customer Support. Primary responsibility will be to support and coordinate the performance of Customer Support Operations ensuring Support Team goals are met. This includes collaborating with Enrollment Center, Technical Services, Channel Management and Field Coordinators of Residential Solutions, Retail Programs, Customer Service Center, Contractors working on non-regulated programs, and customers on our programs. Duties include but not limited to completing high-quality data entry of our non regulated business components including completing work orders, enrollments and cancellation requests efficiently and in a timely manner. Assist in analyzing business practices, processes and operating in an efficient and profitable work group. Maintain a very high level of service that results in customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Review and complete requests for enrollment and cancellations received in our SAP Commerce application ensuring all enrollments and cancellations are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process vendor invoices for payment, verifying appropriate charges are expensed, as per contract rate.
- Receive and review customer-initiated claim requests and process accurately.
- Identify, research and resolve customer issues as it related to our Residential Non-Regulated businesses.
- Assist in special projects as requested and provide back-up support to fellow team members.
Required/Basic Qualifications
- High School/GED degree
- 2 years related work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret financial and operating reports and have understanding of workflow in order to suggest and help develop tools to streamline work and product cost savings
- Must have excellent written, oral and communication skills
- Analytical thought process
- Ability to represent Residential Non-Regulated Products in inter-department meetings
Working Conditions
- Hybrid Mobility Classification – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period. However, hybrid employees should live within a reasonable daily commute to a Duke Energy facility.
