Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a talented Programmatic Director to join our team in Copenhagen. As a pivotal member, you will play a crucial role over the programmatic setup and ad technology. You will drive the success of digital advertising campaigns through strategic planning, execution, and optimization. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, creative thinking, and collaboration to ensure impactful and data-driven programmatic initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Programmatic Director is accountable for selecting ad tech solutions for Adnami to achieve objectives, including managing ad exchange partnerships such as TTD, Xandr, Google, or Adform.
  • As a specialist within Adnami, the Programmatic Director supports programmatic requests across all teams, advising customers in ad exchange setup.
  • Close collaboration with the Supply Director and the Director of Customer Success and Campaigns is essential.
  • Ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the campaign delivery team can efficiently deliver managed and curated programmatic campaigns through the programmatic tool chain. This means ensuring and maintaining a programmatic ad delivery tool chain in place, which supports the commercial needs of Adnami and the demands from Adnami’s customers.
  • Proactively deliver technical support and programmatic troubleshooting during campaign delivery.
  • Support the global director of programmatic supply and local publisher teams in connecting to relevant supply.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly sessions on programmatic topics for all commercial employees in Adnami to lift the general understanding of programmatic activation among Adnami’s commercial teams.
  • Play a central role in the onboarding of new clients and increasing customer usage of Adnami’s core product, ensuring they are receiving competent advise on how to setup a programmatic operation to effectively sell and deliver many Adnami campaigns.
  • Build up and maintain close professional relationships with key stakeholders within Adnami’s customers and partners with the aim of identifying growth opportunities for the business.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow Adnami’s programmatic revenue line by activating non-core offerings to clients such as online video, standard display, and other potentials.
  • Participate in industry conferences (e.g. Dmexco), tech summits (e.g. Google, Xandr etc.) to stay updated and contribute to Adnami’s leadership in programmatic solutions.
  • Optimize workflows for activation types and explore automation potential in the programmatic activation process.
  • Responsible for visualizing revenues related to programmatic activation.
