Responsibilities:

In your role as a Programmatic / Social Media Specialist you will be part of our dedicated in-house media team that will deliver best-in-class media plans, engage and delight consumers with our iconic brands, and drive business results together with our brand managers.

  • End to end execute digital campaigns: incl. campaign design, set-up / implementation, pacing & optimization, and evaluation.
  • Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance via analyzing, tracking and optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis.
  • Have full responsibility for campaign reporting, present recap and insights on impact and effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.
  • Stay ahead of DSP / SoMe Platform updates, bugs, trainings; and raise issues or areas of opportunity for improvement within ecosystem capabilities.
  • Work closely in a diverse team, especially with our Marketing Technologists and Brand Managers to enable and deliver a consumer centric data strategy. Understand our data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.
  • Be the mastermind of special projects related to innovation and digital trial plans.
