We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity available to join our Albany Support Centre as a Programme Coordinator. This role is a key enabler providing fit-for-purpose inputs into change assets, coordination of engagement activities across the people readiness streams and co-ordinating travel logistics across the Programme One team.
You’ll work under the guidance to the People Readiness Deployment Leand to support the Change Partners and Communications team, collaborating and aligning engagement activities across our diverse stakeholder groups.

CORE CAPABILITIES YOU NEED:

• 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative support role and/or project-related role
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder interaction, minute taking and related
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Proficient in MS Office suite of products, Office 365 preferred.
