We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Programme Coordinator for a six-month initial contract opportunity.
This pivotal role supports the Programme Manager and various Stream Leads by providing essential administrative and organizational support. You’ll be integral in enhancing the efficiency of projects that are critical to our client’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with senior leaders to understand and meet their needs, ensuring smooth operational support tailored to project demands.
Assist in the preparation and management of important project documentation and coordinate communications to facilitate successful project outcomes.
Manage a complex array of tasks including meeting schedules, confidentiality, and documentation, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
