Description:
The Institute for Digital Molecular Analytics and Science (IDMxS) invites applications for the position of Programme Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized University
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing academic operations
- Strong understanding of compliance regulatory laws and regulations (e.g. PDPA, Workplace Safety and Health Act, etc.)
- Experienced in managing teams, providing coaching support and facilitating professional development
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in resource and project management
