Description:
We are seeking a Programme Executive for the Programme Dept to successfully coordinate programmes that provide psychosocial support to children with cancer and their families. This role will ensure positive programme impact and strong beneficiary engagement.
REQUIREMENTS SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- A passion to serve in the social sector
- Excellent and effective communications skills (both verbal and written) with strong interpersonal and good presentation skills when working with groups and individuals.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, target driven with data entry experience.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once and able to adapt to meet programme objectives.
- Team player with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit who is able to effectively communicate with various levels of staff and stakeholders.
- Flexible to work occasional weekends and evenings
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSETS
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work.
- 1+ years equivalent experience in Programme Management or related field
- Previous experience working or volunteering in not-for-profit or social service agencies
- An adaptable, resourceful and resilient professional who possesses good decision making, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and families.
- Passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:
Candidate will work collaboratively to implement and maintain the quality of the charity’s programmes. This role will liaise directly with beneficiaries regarding programme offerings and enrolment, manage programme and event logistics, collect and maintain programme data, and ensure successful programme delivery.
