Fixed term - School holiday period only, 2 week fixed term contract
$23.38 - $29.10 plus allowance

Lead a team of support workers committed to making the school holidays fun for children!
Our school holiday program is all about fun activities in a safe and positive environment. In a collaborative effort, we ensure that all children are catered for and active participation is achieved.
As a Programme Leader in one of our School Holiday Programmes, you will lead a team, dedicated to creating and maintaining a safe, secure and healthy space, where children with an intellectual disability can spend time in the holidays. Reporting to the Service Coordinator, you will facilitate meaningful activities and support children to engage in a variety of tasks.
Involved in this role is administration, resource management and the coaching and leading of your team.
These are fixed term contracts, covering two consecutive weeks (Monday to Friday), which coincide with the school holidays.
Are you:
- A team player with leadership qualities?

- Adept to facilitating a structured curriculum with personal outcomes focus
Minimum requirements:
- A full New Zealand driver’s licence
- Able to pass a NZ police check and Oranga Tamariki check
- An interest in attaining a Community Support Worker Level Three or above qualification- we can support you to achieve this while you work
- Previous experience in caring for children with disabilities - preferred, but not essential
