Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Head of Project Management, as the Programme Manager at Vitaco, you will lead our project management team, ensuring alignment with our strategic plan, optimizing resource utilization, and delivering comprehensive reporting to stakeholders. Your responsibilities encompass resolving issues, providing leadership, and coordinating cross-functional project management capabilities. Additionally, you will manage your own project portfolio and support the operations team in strategic planning through data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PM strategy aligned with organizational goals to enhance project success and operational efficiency.
  • Support project leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders in developing business cases for new projects.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to align project objectives and deliverables, driving consensus among stakeholders.
  • Establish project governance frameworks, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance across all projects.
  • Conduct project reviews upon completion, identifying areas for improvement and documenting key learnings.
  • Resolve conflicts and make decisions to keep projects on track, continuously improving project management tools, methodologies, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technological advancements in project management.
  • Develop and implement an annual strategy plan to support Vitaco brand plans for Operations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide input for long-term operations strategic planning, including the annual strategic planning process and Vitaco capital budget.
