Description:

Our continued success in delivering for many of the UK’s leadingutility providers and major infrastructure developers is bringing significant growth across our team. If you care about your community and want to be involved in delivering improvements to the environment and infrastructure, this may just be the opportunity for you.
What you will be doing:
You will be joining a team that values your unique talents and offers you the opportunity to forge your own career path, working alongside industry leaders and helping to mentor and guide others. Drawing from your knowledge and experience you will be applying processes and systems that enable delivery across all phases of the capital project lifecycle.
Your initial role will involve working with a key water sector framework; working with our teams and external stakeholders to drive the delivery of the capital programme. This is a client-facing role, where developing trust and building relationships with clients will be essential to success.
Who we are:
We are Stantec, a leading global consultancy. For us, communities are fundamental. Whether around the corner or across the globe, they provide a foundation, a sense of place and of belonging. That’s why at Stantec, we always design with community in mind. We care about the communities we serve because they’re our communities too.
Our Team:

As a member of our Programme Management team, you will be joining a community of people that are passionate about providing a quality service to our clients and the customers they serve. Our role can vary between clients, and as such we are looking for people that can:

  • Adapt to the challenge of working in different environments.
  • Be proactive in providing tailor-made programme management solutions.
  • Work within collaborative teams to deliver outstanding results.

ABOUT YOU

We want to hear from you if you are:

  • Passionate about delivering efficient and innovative solutions with communities in mind
  • Successful in engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels to deliver innovative solutions
  • Collaborative and able to work with our clients and delivery partners to influence strategy and culture
  • Driven and love to challenge conventional thinking
  • A team player who wants to be a part of, and help shape something special.

We welcome candidates at all levels of experience and particularly welcome staff looking for a new challenge who are looking to be supported through training and continued professional development.
You will have, or be working towards, an industry recognised qualification such as APM PMQ or MSP Foundation and Practitioner. You will have previous experience within a Programme / Capital Delivery Environment
For this role, experience in working within the Water sector - with specific knowledge of clean water assets - and an understanding of Water sector operational context - would be very beneficial.
What next:
We can offer a good mix of working from home and office working. If you are looking for a chance to drive your career forward within a highly supportive organisation, delivering exceptional solutions for clients then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Adapt to the challenge of working in different environments.
  • Be proactive in providing tailor-made programme management solutions.
  • Work within collaborative teams to deliver outstanding results
