As a Supply Chain Programme Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client’s ERP replacement programme. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that the ERP system’s functionality aligns with business requirements while adhering to standardised processes. You will lead your team through the design, build, and test phases of this critical project. Your strategic mindset will guide your decision-making process as you navigate through complex challenges. Your excellent communication skills will foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
  • Lead the design phase, aligning system configuration with business needs.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality.
  • Ensure adoption of ERP best practices and standards in the assigned workstream.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Programme team.
  • Identify potential risks and issues within the workstream and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for stakeholders
