Programme Manager (Tech)
Working for a leading tech company on an initial 6 month contract, you will ensure effective delivery of cross-team technical programmes including Service Management and AI projects within agreed timescales, business & technical objectives and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple complex technical projects and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a collaborative, high performing technical programme team.
  • Provide viability on programmes and project work, information flow is effective ensuring all teams and stakeholders are well informed on strategic, commercial and technical agendas.
  • Drive alignment with the company’s strategic goals with an appropriate balance of commercial delivery and technical oversight.
  • Pro-actively identify and manage risk, issues and dependencies relating to the delivery of change.
  • Engage with key supporting teams to ensure commercial, legislative, data governance and security standards are known and meet throughout delivery.

Experience Required:

  • Hands on experience in delivering complex technical programmes
  • The ability to think and act with a lean mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with experience with engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of migration programmes is a MUST
  • Experience across projects that include: service management, network integration from customer operations, authentication integration and identity management, office 365 movement, rebuild of end user machines, mobile devices, file transfers etc.
