Description:
YOUR DAY TO DAY
The role requires an outstanding ability to plan, lead, monitor and control multiple Programmes and the associated Projects throughout their lifecycles, maximising collaboration amongst involved teams to achieve the expected programmes results, with overall accountability for scope, time, costs, quality, communication, human resources, risk and issue management, procurement and vendor management.
WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE:
- 8-10+ years experience in leading IT Projects or relevant service delivery management experience (infrastructure-related areas is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with customers and internal teams to deliver results
- Fluency in German
- knowledge of ITIL Service Management practices
- ability to work across an international and distributed team
