Description:
We are looking for a 0.8 FTE permanent (4 days a week @ 30 hours) Program Support Coordinator with a broad range skills and knowledge to support our aircraft maintenance and engineering program’s and the staff who teach on our Aviation Engineering Program’s (L2 to L6)
This position is a permanent position. Total salary package for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000. Salary will be determined through consideration of the candidates skills, experience and relevant qualifications. In addition applicants may be entitled to a relocation allowance.
The ideal applicant would have a National Diploma Level 5 or National Certificate Level 6 with 7+ years’ relevant experience. Candidates with relevant experience or other qualifications will be considered on merit.
The key responsibilities for the role are:
- Proficient in computer use applications, systems and databases with experience in the analysis and presenting information accurately.
- Experience driving projects from conception to completion.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- The ability to identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task, working flexibly in a changing environment.
- Methodical with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently, display initiative and exercise judgement to problem solve in a dynamic environment.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to:
- Program occurrences and timetabling to meet ākonga (student), Kaiako (tutor) and business requirements and deadlines.
- Manage disruptions responsively, in a timely way, mitigating negative impact for all stakeholders and ensuring ākonga health, safety and wellbeing is prioritised at all times.
- Ensure moderation activity is compliant and academic risk is minimised.
- Monitor program area data to achieve quality assurance and consistency requirements by providing accurate and timely information aimed at enhancing institute’s reputation while ensuring this information is secure, accurate and easily interpreted by users
