REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Drive account growth by devising and implementing innovative solutions, fostering client rela-tionships, and advancing service agreements, including Managed Services.
• Lead bidding processes and transformations, collaborating closely with Sales and Delivery Di-rectors to tailor solutions, enhance project margins, and ensure profitability.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Capgemini’s testing offerings, delivering client presenta-tions, and overseeing test process improvement assessments.
• Take full ownership of critical testing deliveries, including solution acceptance and scope defini-tion for Statements of Work (SOW) and contracts.
• Provide technical leadership in enhancing test automation capabilities, driving solutions in Agile and DevOps environments, with a specific focus on Tosca.
• Manage and mentor teams, addressing career needs, conducting performance reviews, and resolving operational challenges proactively.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Demonstrated experience in developing and designing complex testing engagements and solu-tions, with expertise in Tosca and SolMan
• Proficiency in test effort and resource estimation models, with a track record in managing test-ing activities across all phases.
• Deep understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, particularly in large-scale SAP HANA programs transitioning to S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead cli-ent workshops and define testing scope.
• Familiarity with industry-leading test tools and experience in leading various test phases.
• Strong financial acumen, including understanding project commercials, pricing models, and managing project revenue and P&L effectively.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Certifications in ISQTB Software Testing or similar qualification (Master level)
• Experience of Agile methodology and Agile techniques in testing
