YOUR MISSION

With immediate effect, we are looking to hire a Programmer – Image and Signal Processing (f/m/d) into our Data Science team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, testing & deployment of image data analysis software, tools, and pipelines on data produced by our instruments.
This is a full-time role, based in the company’s headquarters in Monheim am Rhein in Germany. It comes with the opportunity to work with other sites and external partners around the world. You will report to the team lead, Image and Signal Analysis, who is also based in Monheim am Rhein.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely within teams to develop new and improved image and signal processing software, tools, and pipelines for multi-modal microscopy images
  • Collect requirements from team members and other project teams
  • Support internal users of image processing tools and pipelines
  • Work effectively with internal developers, scientists and external contractors in achieving shared project goals and timelines
  • Responsible for personal work planning against agreed-upon objectives
