KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to maintain accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing insights to aid decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project budgets and expenses effectively.
- Support the preparation of annual audits, working closely with external auditors.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department to enhance efficiency.
