Description:

  • OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLEReporting to the Account Manager you will assist and take ownership in providing Facilities related proje& including moves management, space planning, administration, financial control, logistics, H&S, Energy Management of the highest quality, enabling the business to carry out their business activities in a safe comfortable, productive and cost effective environment.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise, schedule workloads, and report daily.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and local engineering services.
  • Provide timely reports to Account Manager on projects and office moves.
  • Monitor and manage planned and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Maintain auditable records for all maintenance activities.
  • Manage outsourced resources and ensure quality performance.
  • Assist in scheduling maintenance activities and contractors.
  • Develop procedures to mitigate risk.
  • Prepare sections of the Quarterly Report for the client.
  • Handle internal financial billing and project invoicing.
  • Ensure contracts are in place with subcontractors.
  • Schedule and manage subcontractor visits.
  • Provide budgets and project management for approved projects.
  • Initiate projects on PMAC system in line with client requirements.
  • Undertake adhoc projects as deemed necessary.PERSON SPECIFICATION:
