Description:
- OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLEReporting to the Account Manager you will assist and take ownership in providing Facilities related proje& including moves management, space planning, administration, financial control, logistics, H&S, Energy Management of the highest quality, enabling the business to carry out their business activities in a safe comfortable, productive and cost effective environment.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise, schedule workloads, and report daily.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and local engineering services.
- Provide timely reports to Account Manager on projects and office moves.
- Monitor and manage planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Maintain auditable records for all maintenance activities.
- Manage outsourced resources and ensure quality performance.
- Assist in scheduling maintenance activities and contractors.
- Develop procedures to mitigate risk.
- Prepare sections of the Quarterly Report for the client.
- Handle internal financial billing and project invoicing.
- Ensure contracts are in place with subcontractors.
- Schedule and manage subcontractor visits.
- Provide budgets and project management for approved projects.
- Initiate projects on PMAC system in line with client requirements.
- Undertake adhoc projects as deemed necessary.PERSON SPECIFICATION:
