Description:

Are you a Project Administrator Coordinator with experience providing support to Cyber Security Project & Program Managers in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components? This remote role is with our large Winnipeg Government client.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Project and Program Managers to coordinate and plan project requirements
  • Assist in project budgeting and tracking project expenses
  • Work with staff in the Project management office (PMO) to plan for and secure project staff resources, and report project progress metrics
  • Prepare regular project status reports to management and other project stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to projects, including taking and distributing meeting minutes
  • Manage project document deliverables and ensures that they are delivered on time
  • Assist in the development of project presentations and materials for stakeholders
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress
  • Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working on a professional environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and coordinating project activities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications including Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Experience and/or training in the areas of cybersecurity or information technology is highly desirable
  • Project management training and/or certification is highly desirable
  • A Bachelor’s degree or certificate/diploma in a relevant field is highly desirable
  • Experience or training with Microsoft Project is highly desirable
