Description:
Are you a Project Administrator Coordinator with experience providing support to Cyber Security Project & Program Managers in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components? This remote role is with our large Winnipeg Government client.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Project and Program Managers to coordinate and plan project requirements
- Assist in project budgeting and tracking project expenses
- Work with staff in the Project management office (PMO) to plan for and secure project staff resources, and report project progress metrics
- Prepare regular project status reports to management and other project stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to projects, including taking and distributing meeting minutes
- Manage project document deliverables and ensures that they are delivered on time
- Assist in the development of project presentations and materials for stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working on a professional environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects
- Demonstrated experience in project management and coordinating project activities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications including Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Experience and/or training in the areas of cybersecurity or information technology is highly desirable
- Project management training and/or certification is highly desirable
- A Bachelor’s degree or certificate/diploma in a relevant field is highly desirable
- Experience or training with Microsoft Project is highly desirable
