JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Administrator & Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project management activities and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Maintain project documentation, such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and correspondence.
  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring deadlines and milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Familiarity with building materials (drywall, steel stud, insulation)
  • Experience in project administration and customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
