PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in the Fraser Valley.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day support to senior management and executive team
  • Collaborating with and supporting the operations team on key projects, new pursuits, and other ad-hoc initiatives
  • Helping the team with messaging, writing, editing, researching, and related support for external and internal communications, as needed
  • Analyzing project performance and cost variances.
  • Managing key expense reports, invoicing, and purchasing transactions
  • Tracking budgets, forecasts, and preparing related reports for team and company use
  • Managing, scheduling, and documenting team and client meetings
  • Coordination of team building efforts
  • Ensuring optimal office workflow by maintaining supplies and inventory.
  • General duties can include preparing documents, electronic filing, assisting with invoicing and accounting functions, data entry, and additional administrative tasks as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience; preferably in the construction industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Proficient user of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
    The salary range for this position will be discussed during the interview stage, taking into consideration candidate qualifications and experience.
