We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Administrator to provide Project support for the ongoing delivery of our Automotive projects.
To ensure, that project delivery is at the forefront of your daily activity and that any issues are diagnosed and dealt with in a prompt and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Project administration to support a busy engineering team
  • Providing reliable and comprehensive reports to Project and Account Mangers
  • Accurately maintain records and databases
  • Support the Project Manager with budgets
  • Follow Expleo Business Processes to ensure compliance
  • Raising invoices
  • Raising Purchase Orders and matching payments
  • Chasing outstanding invoices
  • Support change management
  • Checking and chasing Engineer timesheets
  • Full life cycle project administration responsibility of automotive projects for UK customer/s
  • Back Office support for the project and engineering team/s
  • Exchange and coordination of information within the project and management teams
  • Regular participation and reporting on project/s

Essential skills:

  • A self-starter who is pro-active with excellent attention to detail
  • A strong administrative background is essential
  • You will have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Detailed knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Teams is essential

Desired Skills:

  • Project lifecycle management experience not essential but would be an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years post academic training
