Job Title: Project Administrator – German & English
Job Type: Permanent Full Time (Mon-Fri)
Location: Dublin City Centre
Salary: €32,000 + bonus + benefits ( including health insurance, pension, growing annual leave scheme, gym membership and more)
We are looking for a Project Administrator with Fluent German & English to join a growing telecommunications company based in the Dublin City Centre. In this role you will be supporting the greater project team in organising and planning the key metrics in ensuring the project is ready to launch. You manage all the paperwork and liaise with various external and internal parties to ensure everything is verifying and signed off on. This an amazing opportunity to become part of the team!

Responsibilities:

  • Examining lease agreements and accurately inputting data into databases.
  • Printing confidential contracts and ensuring punctual dispatch.
  • Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail while adhering to deadlines.
  • Managing multiple databases and ensuring ongoing organisation.
  • Coordinating with other teams and external parties as necessary.
  • Flourishing in an international setting alongside other skilled and creative professionals.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Keen attention to detail, analytical proficiency, and strong administrative acumen.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-driven with the autonomy to work independently.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • A higher education qualification would be advantageous.
