Seeking an experienced Project Admin to start 1st April

YOUR NEW COMPANY

Our client is a large state government department, based in Joondalup. They are seeking an experienced Project Admin for a period of 6 months starting the 1st April.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

The key responsibilities of the Project Administrator include a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the Senior Project Officer, Project Owners and Project Teams including:

  • Provide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables
  • Update and collate project documentation to ensure the project’s delivery complies with agreed project governance methodology.
  • Assist the project team to complete basic tasks and implementation actions to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved
  • Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned project areas and contribute to the preparation of project and progress briefs to meet project reporting requirements
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues
  • Provide a range of secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating workshops, meetings and preparing the supporting documentation for these activities.

To be successful in the Project Administration role, you will need to demonstrate the following requirements:

  • Experience providing high-level executive, administrative and/or secretariat support to a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and manage competing priorities to meet short deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analysis and undertake project reporting.
  • Developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A recent police clearanc
