Description:
Role: Project Administrator
65k - 75k p/a

Randstad is working with a prominent design and build interior construction company dedicated to elevating spaces with creativity and craftsmanship. Based in Auckland, they specialise in delivering tailored solutions for commercial office tenants and landlords alike.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers and coordinators with administrative tasks
- Help set up project meetings and handle minute taking
- Assist with risk analysis reports
- Support admin related to invoice management and project financials
- Collaborate with quality and safety team
- Maintain compliance regulations
- Order resources like equipment and software
- Collate project data and documentation to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience in the construction/design industry would be ideal but not required
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedule management
- Familiarity with project management software, such as Trello or Microsoft Project
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
