Description:

Cook Solutions Group (CSG) is looking for a Full-Time Project Administrator to join our UCO Center. This position will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager through the entire coordination process on customer projects

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE::

HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two-three years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Project Manager through the installation process.
  • Manages initial job activation and tracking.
  • Creates job folders, work orders, and tracks electrical permits.
  • Coordinates with purchasing and warehouse teams to track parts status.
  • Maintains job status board and provides updates as needed.
  • Supports PM in planning and facilitating weekly installation meeting.
  • Tracks job completions and performs initial job closing reviews.
  • Coordinates necessary change orders with customers, technicians, and the Project Manager.
  • Communicates with customers on job status as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Supports PM with weekly install schedule and assigning technicians
