Responsibilities:
Take this newly created Project Administrator role and run with it! Based at our Canning Vale office, reporting to the Program Manager, you will provide professional coordination, administrative and documentation support to the project as required, including;
- Managing our workers training and compliance
- Coordinating procurement of services and goods
- Claim/Invoicing Support
- Facilitating weekly Timesheet processes
- Administrative Support and Office Operations
- Assisting with generating monthly reporting
