VARO Energy is a dynamic, fast developing, integrated European downstream company launched in 2012. We have a solid background in traditional energies, with a refining capacity of 176,000 bbl./day and a total storage capacity of almost 2,5mio m3.

Recently, VARO has commenced the development of nature-based CO2 removal projects, created a collaboration on crude tall oil for advanced biofuels and also acquired the leading B2B charging hub developer Elexon and a majority stake in EV-charging software provider Road

VARO is looking for a person to join its Legal Team as a Corporate Legal Support Lawyer reporting to the Corporate Legal Counsel. This candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad variety of work together with a wide range of other Departments such as Finance, Tax, Treasury, Business Operations, Joint Ventures and external parties such as law firms, notaries, appraisal companies, insurance brokers, banks and external audit firms. There is also the potential to develop into specific areas of interest within the corporate role.

• Take ownership of individual business cases in the domain of Heavy Duty EV-charging;
• Conduct EV charging market analysis and identify opportunities;
• Help develop business (channel)partnerships and manage business accounts;
• Assist in structuring and execution of operating projects from infancy to maturity;
• Actively connect with the EV-team and with other European VARO colleagues when needed;
• You will define appropriate forecasts and create business/marketing plans with a focus on business development in conjunction with solution concepts;
