Project and Contract Coordinator

About the role
Temporary full time opportunity to provide high level oversight of Insight’s contractual partnerships including stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, project planning, coordination, implementation and reporting for both internal and external project partners and other key stakeholders.
About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health’s values:

• Develop formal, strategic and collaborative relationships and partnerships with stakeholders and recommend strategies and projects to support Insight’s strategic direction and service development.
• Manage, negotiate, plan, monitor and report on complex project partnerships with Hospital and Health Services, other Queensland Government departments and external stakeholders including interstate governments, non-government organisations, private companies and academic institutions.
• Lead the engagement and contracting of Learning Portal Partners within Insight’s Learning Management System including Portal set-up, onboarding, training and technical support to external customers and clients.
