Job Description
Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a Project & Planning Manager to join our Defence Programmes Group (DPG) in Kings Park, NSW. Splitting your time between our office and Garden Island, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the coordination of maintenance activities for Royal Australian Navy platforms, integrating seamlessly with master maintenance schedules. Reporting to the Platforms Operations Manager (East), you’ll serve as the central point of contact for Defence planning activities, providing essential support and documentation.

• Manage maintenance coordination for Royal Australian Navy platforms, providing scheduling support to Operations Teams.
• Act as onsite point of contact for Defence maintenance planning activity & delivery of services, while being the central point of contact for planning within the DPG.
• Assist Platform Operations Manager with planning, documentation and communication as required.
• Assist teams with Other Quality Evidence (OQE) and documentation submission to the Commonwealth & Prime Contractor.
