Robert Half is partnered with a nonprofit client to recruit a detail-oriented and mission-driven Remote Fundraising Outreach Coordinator to join their team.
The chosen candidate will be a core part of the team, responsible for executing fundraising and recruitment outreach efforts, identifying new prospects for engagement, and supporting market development teams to increase event revenue. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact on a notable cause while working from the comfort of your own home.

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  This is a contract position with the potential for permanent hire. Compensation for this role is up to $21 per hour. Applicants must be located within the Central or Eastern Standard Time zones.

1. Conduct fundraising and recruitment outreach via phone calls, emails, and other strategies.
2. Identify opportunities for expanded engagement leading to revenue growth.
3. Support regional development teams by increasing outreach and engagement.
4. Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts.
5. Understand detailed aspects of our mission and events to enhance customer service.
6. May oversee interim management of event donor portfolios.
7. Assist in the day-to-day communication and planning efforts for recruitment and stewardship of event participants.
8. Assist in reporting team metrics to improve team strategies and tactics.
9. Support event experience activities as needed.
