  • Planning travel and accommodation details for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events
  • Requesting information needed to fill in incomplete documents
  • Providing key partners with project information
  • Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications
  • Using online resources to research information
  • Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress
  • Support project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
  • Understanding of database and file management
  • Custom Development experience desired
  • High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
  • Skill in Microsoft Office Suite applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • 1 year of business/office experience required
