- Requesting information needed to fill in incomplete documents
- Providing key partners with project information
- Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications
- Using online resources to research information
- Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress
- Support project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
- Understanding of database and file management
- Custom Development experience desired
- High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- Skill in Microsoft Office Suite applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus
- High attention to detail
- 1 year of business/office experience required
