JOB DESCRIPTION

We are driving forward the expansion of renewable energies - we are currently working on over 5 GW of wind, solar and storage projects in Germany. As a Project Assistant you will have following responsibilites:

Event management:

  • Organize events such as team dinners, internal meetings, team days etc.
  • Support our project managers in organizing citizen info events.
  • Organize external events such as Spreewindtage and other industry events (unless Corporate Communications is in charge).

Office management:

  • Manage stock of office supplies.
  • Manage stock of Marketing material, also for the regional offices.
  • Act as main contact person for all team members for help in admin, other office management requests.
  • Maintain and improve the digital way of working in EGW (email distribution lists, calendar, tools, file archiving etc).

Onboarding:

  • Organize onboarding meeting schedules for new colleagues.
  • Support team leaders in ordering equipment and access rights for new colleagues.

Please note that this vacancy is a maternity leave replacement and initially limited to 1,5 years.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly motivated to be the “spider in the web” and the good soul of the EGW team
  • Service attitude
  • Experience in office management or event management is a plus
